This is due to applications running in the background of your computer. When I checked, many solutions were written in many places. I found very mixed results.
This problem occurs mostly on laptops. But this solution also works for desktop computers.
1- First, check if there is windows update on your computer. Complete the updates. After this step, restart your computer and check the task manager again. If the disk usage shows 100%, perform step 2.
2- Change the power settings from the power settings menu. Set the sleep mode and turn off screen options to Never for the plugged-in section.
